Senior Software Engineer

• Design, plan, and develop software solutions based on industry and business requirements
• Collaborate in project teams to design, code, test, and implement moderately complex software programs
• Lead small to mid-sized projects or components of larger initiatives
• Define and implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, report to management, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years` experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Proven track record in developing web applications in a leadership or key contributing role
• Strong proficiency in C# and
• NET, particularly ASP
• NET, MVC, React, REST, and SOAP
• Expertise in one or more of the following technologies:
• .NET, C#, UI frameworks, XML, database technologies (T- SQL, PL-SQL), Oracle APEX and spatial technologies
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills; must be effective in a collaborative project environment
• Well-developed soft skills and a proactive attitude
