Senior software Engineer - QA

- Should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer. - Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in a Payment gateway. - Design and execute tests for APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured. - Validate the correctness of API responses, error handling, security, and performance. - Should have a technical degree or equivalent. - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely a meaningful feedback from a QA perspective. - Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. - Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Experience in any LMS domain will be addon. - Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. - Monitor debugging process results. - Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. - Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. - Automation Testing and Performance Testing will be an add-on.
