Senior Software Engineer (Python)

As a Senior Software Developer at Recruiterflow, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable software solutions using Python. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deploy new features, refine AI-based solutions, and conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards. Your responsibilities will also include advocating for best practices in coding, testing, and documentation, formulating technical documentation, enhancing software performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, providing mentorship to junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Over 4 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer focusing on Python development. - Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.). - Exposure to database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. - Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is advantageous. - Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
