We are a R&D unit in Ericsson, building world class cloud-native based AI/ML big-data analytics software for telecom operators. We are looking for a dedicated, competent, dynamic and proactive individual having end to end cloud native product development experience in Python and ML.
Backend Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python, ensuring performant and efficient systems. Team Leadership: Lead a team of highly motivated developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of excellence. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices, integrating them into the development process to enhance efficiency and quality.
Education: Bachelor s / Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5 8 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python. Technical Skills:o Proficiency in Python & Django/Rest API/FLASK/FAST API.o Experience with Micro Servies architecture.o Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Python).o Basic Understanding - Kubernetes and cloud computing AWS/Azure/GCP.o Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and automated testing.o Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).o Experience with Databases MySQL, NoSQL.o Exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation.o Knowledge about end-to-end tests using Robot framework and wire-mock.o Write unit tests first before implementing features to ensure the functionality is well-defined and testable.o Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.o Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillso Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.o Good to have- Contributing to system design and architecture.
