Senior Software Engineer - Python

As an IT professional at our organization, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining computer software with creativity and technical skills. You will apply the principles of software engineering to solve both new and ongoing problems. Key Responsibilities: - Own the design, development, evaluation, and deployment of highly scalable software products encompassing front-end and back-end development. - Ensure quality, responsiveness, and stability of the system are maintained. - Design and develop memory-efficient, compute-optimized solutions for the software. - Administer automated testing tools and continuous integration tools. - Produce comprehensive and usable software documentation. - Follow secure development, testing, and deployment guidelines to enhance the overall security of the system. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech/B.S. Candidates with significant prior experience in relevant fields will be considered. - Proficiency in Python back-end programming language. - Familiarity with at least one Python back-end framework like FastAPI, Django, Flask, CherryPy. - Good knowledge of OOP design patterns. - Experience with Python testing frameworks such as unittest and pytest. - Knowledge in platform-level development for large-scale systems. - Familiarity with various database systems like MySQL, Mongo, Cassandra. - Proficiency in automated and continuous integration testing tools like Jenkins, Team City, Circle CI, etc. - Experience with distributed systems like Hadoop, Spark, and frameworks like Beam is a plus. - Understanding of managed cloud services such as AWS, Google Compute Engine, Microsoft Azure.
