Description
You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end experience for customer journey interactions at PhonePe. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and scalable experience. Additionally, you will also own the Sales charter from a Product Operations standpoint, focusing on strategy, prioritization, and implementation. Your role will involve working closely with various teams such as Business, Operations, Product, Business Finance, Automation, Design, Analytics/BI, and Content to drive actionables and improve processes.
