About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Laravel) to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.This role demands a hands-on developer with a passion for building robust applications and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of modules and projects, managing them end-to-end from requirement gathering to production deployment.
Write clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Optimize application performance at both the database and application levels.
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen the team's technical capabilities.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required Technical Skills

Backend: Laravel, Core PHP, REST APIs, Queues, Artisan commands.Database: MySQL (query optimization, schema design, indexing).Frontend: jQuery, Bootstrap (creating clean and responsive UIs).Optional but Strongly Preferred: React (SPA/components, basic state management), Git, API integrations, basic Linux and cloud familiarity.
