Senior Software Engineer II

As a Senior AI Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, focusing on Generative AI and Data Science. You will collaborate with AI Architects, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions across various domains such as HR, insurance, and content moderation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop LLM-powered chatbots and applications using models like GPT-3.5, GPT-4o, DBRX, and LLAMA3. - Fine-tune open-source LLMs using techniques such as QLoRA and PEFT on domain-specific datasets (e.g., resumes, insurance policies). - Create intelligent agents for tasks like policy recommendations, damage assessment (via image analysis), and contextual FAQ handling. - Develop skill extraction and classification frameworks to support HRTech applications. - Integrate LLMs with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases for domain-specific knowledge querying. - Build and maintain data pipelines and backend automation for AI inference workflows on platforms like AWS. - Collaborate with product owners and backend teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI services. - Analyze operational data to identify performance trends and quality issues. - Develop automated machine learning pipelines to support real-time root cause analysis and decision-making. - Build interactive dashboards using Power BI for business and operations teams. **Technical Skills:** - Languages & Libraries: Python, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, XGBoost - LLMs & GenAI: GPT-3.5, GPT-4o, LLAMA3, DBRX, RAG, PEFT, QLoRA - Cloud & DevOps: AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2), REST APIs - Vector Stores & Tools: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate (nice to have) - Visualization & Reporting: Power BI, Jupyter, matplotlib/seaborn **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 1-2 years in Generative AI or LLM-based applications. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Solid understanding of model fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment best practices. - Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing production-grade AI pipelines.,
