One of Korn Ferry’s clients, a global leader in life sciences and analytical testing, is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their software delivery centre in Bengaluru. The role involves full-stack development of high-impact applications that support global laboratories and scientific services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET and WPF applications
• Build and consume Web APIs; work with LINQ, Entity Framework, and SQL
• Contribute to microservices and service-oriented architecture
• Apply OOP principles and UML for scalable software design
• Write optimized, unit-tested, and maintainable code
• Debug and resolve production issues effectively

Mandatory Skills:

• 2–6 years of experience in .NET and WPF development
• Strong proficiency in C#, WPF/XAML, Entity Framework, SQL
• Experience with SOA or microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on WPF development (2+ years)
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Exposure to TDD/ATDD and tools like FitNesse or Postman
• Experience with Microsoft Azure

Education:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering or
