Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to build and own core backend and frontend systems for large-scale financial platforms. This role involves hands-on development, system design, and end-to-end ownership of production-grade applications.

This is not a support or maintenance role. Candidates must have strong experience working on real-world, scalable systems in product-based companies.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on software development experience
• Backend experience with Python or Node.js
• Frameworks: FastAPI / Django / Node.js ecosystem
• Frontend experience with React.js
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Experience with message-based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience working in product-based companies only
• Education from Tier-1 engineering institutes only
• IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, DTU, or equivalent

Profiles missing any of the above requirements will be rejected.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, POS, or Retail platforms
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Exposure to large-scale or distributed systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems
• Own features end-to-end from development to production
• Collaborate on system design and technical decisions
• Perform code reviews and maintain engineering standards
• Mentor junior engineers as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,600,000.00 - ₹4,800,000.00 per year
