About the Role

Senior Node.js & PHP Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using

  Node.js

  and

  PHP

  .
• Build scalable APIs and integrate them with front-end and third-party systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  8 years of software development experience

  with a strong focus on Node.js and PHP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side architecture.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
