Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of business process monitoring.
• Manage the Solution Manager tool, ensuring effective implementation and operation.
• Oversee SAP SOLMAN implementation, including change management and project planning.
• Facilitate physical transports of changes from development to production environments.
• Set up end-user monitoring and manage integration with ServiceNow Tool.
• Optimize performance of systems connected to the Solution Manager.
• Manage SAP Operations System Landscape Information, IT Task Management, and GPA Template Management.
• Implement enhanced monitoring capabilities across the SAP landscape.
• Maintain excellent documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with business process owners and present findings effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in the environment.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN), particularly in areas like Business Process Monitoring, Change Control Management (ChaRM), and System Monitoring.
• Good understanding of SAP Basis concepts for managing technical operations and landscape configuration.
• Experience with Solution Manager configurations, upgrades, and integration with third-party tools such as ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing end-user monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of technical administration tasks including GPA template management and IT task management.
• Familiarity with system landscape maintenance and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for resolving issues in a complex SAP environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to interact with stakeholders and support teams.

Education:
