Senior Social Compliance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct social compliance assessments, audits, and inspections at factories to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement effective auditing procedures for social compliance programs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in supply chain operations.

• Provide training on social compliance standards and best practices to employees and vendors.

• Ensure timely reporting of findings and recommendations from audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in EHS (Environment Health & Safety) or related field with expertise in SMETA (Social, Environmental, Moral & Ethics Assessment).

• Strong knowledge of government liaising requirements under various acts such as Factory Act, UTHAAN etc.

• Proficiency in ISO documentation, ISO audit, OHSAS 18001 certification process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
