Senior SLA 3D Printing Tech

As a Sr. SLA 3D Printing Tech at our company, you will be responsible for handling various SLA 3D printing activities. You will manage small-batch production and 3D printing queues for both production and custom projects. Your role will involve: - Planning: Independently plan to print all components in a product in various batches as per the production plan. - Pre-processing and creating production batch packages: Evaluate various components, create sliced packages with accurate printer and resin profile, and maximize output by printing parts optimally. - Post-processing: Ensure all parts are cured, sanded, primed, stored, and dispatched according to best practices. In addition, you will be involved in Research and Development by exploring the best practices for using SLA 3D printing for Model Trains and miniatures. You will also engage with the resin 3D printing community to stay updated on advanced techniques. Furthermore, you will participate in prototyping new products and upgrades, providing design feedback for better part production. You will also be responsible for technical repairs, servicing, repairing, and upgrading SLA/DLP 3D printers. Additionally, you will liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for machine service, repair, and upgrades. You will have responsibilities for handling FDM 3D printing tasks. You must manage print queues and print parts according to design specifications. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated ability to independently manage all aspects of SLA/MSLA/DLP 3D printing, from pre-processing to finishing. - Expertise in resin 3D printing technology. - Basic understanding of FDM 3D printing, machine calibration, and G-code manipulation. - Excellent planning and execution skills. - Team player with foundational leadership skills. - Tech-savvy, ambitious, and willing to contribute to the firm's growth. Language and Education: - Excellent English language skills. - Minimum educational qualification: Engineering Graduate or Diploma holders with equivalent work experience.
