Job Description

The Sr. SLA 3D Printing Tech role based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, requires a thorough understanding of SLA/MSLA 3D printing. The incumbent will be responsible for managing small-batch production, custom projects, and 3D printing queues. An in-depth knowledge of slicer software like Chituox or Lychee, resin profiles, resin chemistry, post-processing techniques, and curing methods is essential for this role. The responsibilities include planning and executing the production of various components, creating production batch packages, and ensuring optimal utilization of printing time. Additionally, the individual will be involved in R&D activities related to SLA 3D printing for Model Trains and miniatures, staying updated with advanced techniques and materials, and participating in prototyping new products. Technical repairs and liaising with manufacturers/suppliers for service and upgrades of SLA/DLP 3D printers are also part of the job scope. Basic knowledge of FDM 3D printing, machine calibration, and G-code manipulation is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong planning and execution skills, be a team player with leadership qualities, tech-savvy, ambitious, and contribute to the firm's growth. The minimum educational qualification for this position is an Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder with equivalent work experience. Excellent English language skills are necessary for effective communication in this role.,
