Senior Site Supervisor

Job Description

Oversee daily site activities : Manage site operations, direct labor and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure alignment with schedules Safety & compliance : Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to regulations, investigate incidents, and maintain PPE and emergency procedures . Subcontractor coordination : Schedule trades, manage scopes, resolve conflicts, and lead regular coordination meetings . Planning & reporting : Track progress, adjust schedules, produce daily/weekly reports, maintain diaries and quality logs Resource & budget management : Monitor materials, equipment, budgets; limit subcontractor variations; optimize resource allocation documentation : prepration of quotation ,boq and track of data Minimum 4 years experiance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
