Senior Site Manager

You are being hired as a Site HR Manager for the Aurangabad (Bihar) NH2 construction project. Your role will involve independently managing complete site HR operations, which includes handling attendance, manpower records, grievance handling, and coordinating with senior staff & vendors. It is essential for you to ensure full compliance with labour laws and contractors while managing recruitment, onboarding, and discipline at the site. Please note that stay and food will be provided at the site, and you should be mentally prepared to work on a 7-day site schedule. Candidates with at least 5-6 years of construction/infrastructure site HR experience and strong knowledge of labour compliance will be preferred.
