Senior Site Engineer-Real estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our real estate project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Manage site resources and materials efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and resolve any onsite technical issues.
• Liaise with the project management team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain documentation related to construction, labor, and materials.
• Provide technical input for construction work and support the team with troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in site execution and supervision in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and procedures.
• Proficient in reading architectural/structural drawings.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Site ENG: 5 years (Preferred)
• Real estate: 5 years (Preferred)

Location:

• Moga, Punjab (Preferred)
