Hiring: CPWD-Experienced Civil Engineers, Building Works

Locations: Telangana (Site-based Mahabubabad, Khammam & others)

Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred

Salary: 40,000-50,000/month (Based on experience)

Open Positions:

Site Engineer (Civil)

Experience: Min. 8 Years in Building Construction (CPWD/PSU works preferred)

Responsibilities:

Execute civil works as per CPWD specifications, without compromising quality.

Coordinate daily with Project Manager, client engineers, and contractors to meet targets.

Monitor manpower and material availability to avoid delays.

Ensure DPR (Daily Progress Report) data is shared with HO team regularly.

Quality Engineer (Civil)

Experience: Min. 8 Years in Quality Assurance (CPWD/PSU projects preferred)

Responsibilities:

Conduct field and lab tests as per FQP and CPWD standards.

Coordinate with clients and PMs for approvals and documentation.

Maintain all test records, checklists, and QA/QC documentation for billing and client review.

Ensure timely preparation of monthly RA bills support documents.

Site Supervisors

Experience: Min. 5 Years in Civil Supervision on Government Building Projects

Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities, manage labor teams, and ensure work progress as per plan.

Report daily progress and coordinate with Site Engineers.

Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and contractor compliance.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

Strong understanding of CPWD norms, specifications & documentation

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Must be ready for on-site deployment and flexible shifts (Day/Evening)
