Senior Services Sales Account Executive

As a Services Account Executive (SAE) at SAP, you play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of Services business in your assigned set of customer base. Your main responsibilities include managing strategic relationships, acting as the single point of contact for customers, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to the long-term success of customer and partner relationships within the account. You are expected to develop and deliver comprehensive Services account plans, meet booking and revenue targets, manage opportunities and bids, and collaborate effectively within the SAP ecosystem. - Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts. - Act as the single point of contact for the customer, representing the SAP Services organization. - Generate qualified opportunities based on a holistic understanding of customer challenges. - Develop and deliver best-practice comprehensive Services account plans. - Be accountable for booking and revenue targets for services in the assigned account(s). - Manage opportunities and bids, shaping deals in alignment with agreed governance processes. - Orchestrate resources to execute winning sales and support delivery teams. - Collaborate effectively within the SAP ecosystem. - Apply value selling and solution selling techniques. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of direct quota carrying selling experience in enterprise software, IT, and services industry. - Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and structuring complex deal closure. - Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and the overall lifecycle management of enterprise applications. - Experience working with large multinational customers and in other countries and regions.
