Job Description

Role Overview: As an IRM Senior Developer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions within the infrastructure. Your focus on innovation and efficiency will be key in enhancing systems and ensuring seamless operations in support of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a day shift schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing ServiceNow's Policy and Compliance modules, including Policy Management, Issue Management, Policy Exception Management, Remediation Tasks, and Control Library. - Conduct smart assessments to improve the process of conducting and managing risk assessments. - Perform ServiceNow Integration with the following responsibilities: - Demonstrate extensive experience in ServiceNow integration, showcasing a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. - Possess a strong background in infrastructure development, focusing on optimizing system performance and reliability. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful integration projects. - Solve complex integration challenges efficiently with excellent problem-solving skills. - Document integration processes and uphold best practices. - Utilize expertise in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to provide tailored solutions. - Exhibit strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
