Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior ServiceNow CSDM Business Analyst, located in Indore. The Senior ServiceNow CSDM BA will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and analyzing business processes. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in identifying and documenting Business Requirements
• Understanding of Business Process optimization
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience with ServiceNow CSDM is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
