- 4+ years of Customer engineering, and/or software development, experience.
- Experience with setting connectors between IT systems like ServiceNow, etc.
- Knowledge of scripting using JavaScript Knowledge of REST APIs how to make calls and troubleshoot errors.
- Knowledge of security standards (authentication/authorization) & practices including oAuth, SAML and SSO.
- Should have experience into Client Coordination, Good with Communication, Confident enough to deal with stakeholders outside India(Specially US).
