Design, develop, and implement integrations between ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITOM platforms (e.g., discovery, event management, orchestration). Utilize integration technologies such as APIs, web services, middleware, and scripting languages. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform to align with integration requirements. This includes configuring discovery schedules, probes, sensors, patterns, and event management rules. Data Synchronization: Establish data synchronization mechanisms between ITSM and ITOM platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
