Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Service Manager to lead our Application Support & Maintenance team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and supporting applications.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily activities of the Application Support & Maintenance team.
Develop and implement strategies to improve application performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
