Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Service Engineer-Workstation, located in Chennai. The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, technical support, and maintenance and repair of workstations. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions, and maintaining communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to have HP Product skill for the Tower & Mobile workstation
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in handling corporate clients and understanding their technical needs
