We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual who is committed to achieving high quality customer service and continual service improvement. The Senior Service Desk Analyst will be the main contact for interaction with the Digital Operations technical teams. They will also be an escalation point for the Service Desk team ensuring consistency and quality is maintained with SLA & KPI targets met. The postholder will have a genuine passion for customer service and technology and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. They will have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment whilst maintaining good team practices and following organisational values.
