Senior Service Desk Analyst

As a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Borders General Hospital in Melrose, you will play a key role in providing high-quality customer service and driving service improvement within NHS Borders. Your main responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for the Digital Operations technical teams and overseeing escalations from the Service Desk team to ensure SLA & KPI targets are met consistently. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with a genuine passion for customer service and technology. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and a commitment to upholding organizational values. Working hours for this position are from 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM (Friday).
