Job Description

Senior Service Architect ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
Define and govern platform architecture, workflows, access controls, and integration standards.
Create and maintain architecture artifacts, design documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and optimization aligned with best practices.
Ensure compliance with ITIL and GxP (Good Practice) standards in pharma or regulated environments.

Must-Have Skills:

8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in
ServiceNow architecture & solution design
.
Strong expertise in
ITSM
,
ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Mgmt)
, and
ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP)
.
Experience designing workflows, flow designer logic, ACLs, roles, and access controls.
Certified
CSA
(ServiceNow System Administrator);
CIS-ITSM
,
CIS-ITOM
, or
CAD
preferred.
Hands-on with
Performance Analytics
,
Service Catalog
, and
Virtual Agent
.
Exposure to
pharmaceutical
,
regulated
, or
GxP environments
is a plus.
Good understanding of
Agile methodologies
and
DevOps pipelines
.
Knowledge of
JavaScript
,
Glide API
, and
custom application development
.
Prior experience in
leading platform upgrade initiatives
.
