Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software systems. Monitor server performance to ensure efficiency and security. Identify and troubleshoot server-related issues. Perform regular data backups to protect organizational information. Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system controls. Coordinate with other IT professionals to ensure efficient server usage. Document server configurations, changes, and upgrade history. Coordinate with vendor for warranty and Hardware related issue Server hardening Server L1 level all the issues will be handled by TL however for any expert advise or intervention, TL will coordinate with Inox IT team for the support. Provide third-level support for complex IT, Related Endpoint issues that cannot be resolved by L1 and L2 support teams. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems related to hardware, software. Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs. Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure efficiency. Document technical procedures and create guidelines for system management. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
