Senior SEO Manager - Full time

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing to join our Company, Persistent Infotech's dynamic team!

As an SEO Manager, you will play a role in improving our organic search rankings, driving website traffic, and enhancing overall digital visibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
• Manage a team of SEO Specialists
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content.
• Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimizations.
• Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across the website.
• Manage link-building initiatives and partnerships to improve domain authority and search visibility.
• Identify SEO issues and provide actionable solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, SEM Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. )
• Experience with content optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website architecture is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• Atleast 4 years work experience.

Location: Rajnagar Extention, Ghaziabad.

Working Day: Mon to Sat (2nd Sat off.)
