Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional writer who understands SEO, AI search, and the evolving content landscape. You’ll create high-quality, expert-led content designed to perform in both Google and AI-driven discovery environments.


You’ll be a writer first — someone who values clarity, expertise, and real insight — and then uses AI tools to refine, not replace, the writing process. You’ll craft content that demonstrates authority, depth, and originality, while still being optimised for performance across organic and GEO search.


Working closely with strategists and SEO specialists, you’ll help turn research, briefs, and insights into compelling articles, guides, and web content that drive measurable organic growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality content for SEO and GEO campaigns across multiple industries
  • Interpret SEO briefs and transform them into clear, engaging, and expert-led content
  • Use AI tools to refine drafts, enhance structure, and optimise for readability and search performance
  • Ensure all content meets brand tone, voice, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the SEO and strategy teams to align content with keyword and topical strategies
  • Writing content for product/service pages, blogs, PRs, social media, etc.
  • Edit, proofread, and quality-check both in-house and AI-assisted content
  • Track content performance and apply learnings to future work


Experience & Skills

  • A1+ written English (essential)
  • 3–5 years of experience writing SEO content within an agency or in-house marketing team
  • Strong understanding of organic search fundamentals (keywords, E-E-A-T, content intent)
  • Practical experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, etc.) for refinement — not generation
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences
  • Proven track record of driving organic traffic through content (blogs, landing pages, articles, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of how content contributes to organic visibility and performance
  • Excellent self-editing and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with remote teams across time zones
