About the Role:

• We are seeking highly skilled

  Securities Operations Specialists

  with extensive hands-on experience in

  Temenos Securities module

  (or similar core banking platforms) to join our team in

  Singapore or India (onsite role)

  . This role requires deep expertise in the

  trade lifecycle

  and settlement processes, with the ability to manage high transaction volumes, resolve complex production issues, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end

  trade lifecycle processes

  , including trade capture, validation, matching, settlement, and post-settlement activities.
•  Handle

  settlement processes

  with strong expertise in

  SWIFT messaging, PSET derivation, and reconciliation

  .
•  Maintain and manage

  market and static data

  , including instrument setup, reference data, and data integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  complex production issues

  related to securities processing and settlement in Temenos or equivalent platforms.
• Support diverse

  trade types

  such as equities, fixed income, ETFs, and derivatives.
•  Collaborate with

  business and technical stakeholders

  to ensure solutions align with operational requirements.
• Document processes, share knowledge within the team, and proactively contribute to

  continuous process improvements

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  industry standards and best practices

  in securities settlement and trade processing.

Key Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with the

  Securities module in Temenos

  (or similar core banking platforms).
•  In-depth understanding of the

  full trade lifecycle

  and settlement operations.
•   Strong knowledge of

  SWIFT, PSET derivation, and reconciliation

  processes.
•  Proven ability to manage

  high transaction volumes

  across multiple trade types.
•  Familiarity with

  market/static data management

  and reference data processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
