Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Child Psychologist who will provide expert

psychological support to children while also managing center operations. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in child psychology, hands-on therapy and

counseling experience, and the ability to oversee center administration, team coordination,

and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Psychological Support

 Conduct psychological assessments, therapy sessions, and counseling for children

with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges.

 Develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.

 Collaborate with therapists, special educators, and healthcare professionals for a

multidisciplinary approach.

 Guide parents and caregivers on effective child development strategies.

Center Management & Administration

 Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth service delivery.

 Supervise and support a team of therapists, special educators, and support staff.

 Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

 Manage scheduling, reporting, and documentation of therapy progress.

 Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort at the center.

Team & Stakeholder Engagement

 Conduct team meetings and case discussions for continuous improvement.

 Engage with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.

 Organize awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions for parents.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Master’s degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, Applied

Psychology, or a related field.

 7-10 years of hands-on experience in child psychology, therapy, or counseling.

 Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

 In-depth knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders (Autism, ADHD, Learning

Disabilities, etc.).

 Previous experience in center management or ownership

 Ability to balance administrative responsibilities alongside clinical duties.
