SPC Certified
Ideally energy industry experience
Previous 2-3 transition projects within large firms moving from traditional waterfall processes into Scaled Agile
Ability to spend time in the office to coach and support the team through the transition
Ability to support implementation of Agile Release Train and preparation for the first PI planning
