Senior SAP Security Manager - For EST Time Zone

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Manager to join our team and help us design and build security authorizations based on SOD standards and business requirements. As SAP Security Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and developing security and governance capabilities and the onboarding of applications, systems, and tools to the SAP environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support large, cross functional, globally distributed, and complex projects.
• Work with functional process teams to understand the business and processes.
• Design and develop SAP security solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Security processes and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to other teams regarding SAP security related issues and challenges.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and industry best practices are followed.
• Perform various security audits.
• Participate in SAP audit discussions, questions and help resolve SOD issues.
• Manage incident, request and change within Service Now and Active Control.
• Participate in rotational after-hours on-call support.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English required.
• Bachelors degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field preferred.
• SAP Security Certification is preferred.
• 5+ years in a SAP Security role.
• Experience with SAP ECC, HCM, GRC, Success Factors and IAS/IPS for Success Factors.
• SAP S/4 and Fiori security experience required.
• SAP HANA DB security experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical information in understandable business terms.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, delivery-driven individual requiring minimal guidance.
• Ability to support multiple projects, shifting priorities, and changing environments/landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SoD (segregation of duties) analysis, sensitive transactions analysis and GRC rulesets.
• Experience with Service Now and Active Control preferred.
