Job Description

Role & responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to understand sales and distribution processes. Conduct requirement workshops to gather functional needs. Analyze existing processes and identify areas of improvement using SAP SD. In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module and its sub-components (Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.) Basic understanding of SAP architecture and integration Communication and documentation skills Familiarity with S/4HANA is a strong advantage Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills System Configuration Configure SAP SD module settings, including: Sales order type Pricing procedures Delivery types Shipping points Billing types Output determination Customize according to client-specific business processes. Integration with Other Modules Collaborate with consultants in related modules like: MM (Materials Management) for inventory and stock control FI (Finance) for billing and invoice posting WM (Warehouse Management) for logistics and inventory CRM for customer master data and relationship handling Master Data Management Define and maintain: Customer master data Material master data Pricing conditions Customer hierarchies Documentation Prepare: Business process documents Functional specifications for developments Configuration documents User manuals and training material
