Job Summary:

Senior SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  configuration of SAP SD and OpenText

  to enable automated processing of sales orders from incoming documents (e.g., PDFs, emails).
• Collaborate with global functional and technical teams to

  define automation rules, document types, and field mappings

  .
• Train and fine-tune

  OpenText templates

  for accurate data capture and order creation in SAP.
• Support the integration of OpenText with SAP (e.g., using IDocs/BAPIs).
• Conduct

  user training sessions

  , develop training materials, and document template training processes.
• Execute unit testing, support UAT, and resolve post-go-live issues related to automation and document recognition.
• Act as the SME for OpenText Sales Order Automation within the SD function.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience

  , with a deep understanding of the

  Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  process.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText

  , specifically in

  Sales Order Automation (formerly Business Center for SAP)

  .
• Strong understanding of OpenText

  template training

  , OCR/ICR logic, exception handling, and SAP integration points.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting

  IDocs, BAPIs, and sales document processing

  .
• Proven ability to deliver

  training to business users and support teams

  .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a

  remote setup

  with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with

  SAP S/4HANA

  environments.
• Familiarity with other OpenText modules like

  VIM

  .
• Background in working with

  multi-country or shared services

  environments.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
