Senior SAP IS-Retail Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  design, build, and implementation

  of complex SAP IS-Retail solutions across core business functions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and

  transform retail processes

  aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Define and execute a

  multi-year roadmap

  for SAP Retail, aligning with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.
• Conduct detailed

  business process analysis

  and translate findings into SAP Retail system configurations and enhancements.
• Drive

  requirement gathering sessions

  , workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture and document business needs.
• Provide

  expert-level troubleshooting

  and resolution of system issues, acting as a liaison between IT and business users.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering knowledge transfer and best practices.
• Ensure successful

  end-to-end project execution

  , from blueprinting through deployment and post-go-live support.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years

  of experience in

  SAP Retail consulting

  or relevant business environments.
• Proven experience in at least

  2–3 full-cycle implementations

  of SAP IS-Retail.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following SAP Retail domains:

• Merchandising

  (Rebates, Promotions, Pricing)

• Retail Financials

• Supply Chain & Logistics

• Retail Planning and Assortment Management

• Strong understanding of

  retail business processes

  , including procurement, inventory, sales, and customer engagement.
• Experience in

  rollout planning, solution architecture, and process improvement initiatives

  .
• Ability to

  lead workshops

  , communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance.
• Strong

  problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

  .
• Ability to

  multi-task

  and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team player with a

  can-do attitude
