Senior SAP IS-Retail Consultant

Role Overview: You are a highly experienced Senior SAP IS-Retail Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Retail solutions. Your role involves leading end-to-end SAP Retail projects, driving solution architecture, and ensuring seamless integration of retail processes across merchandising, supply chain, and store operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP IS-Retail solution design across major business areas such as Master Data, Merchandising & Buying, Purchasing & Procurement, Pricing, Promotions, Assortment & Listing Management, Replenishment & Inventory Management, Distribution & Logistics, and POS Integration. - Conduct high-level FIT-GAP analysis and recommend best-practice retail solutions. - Lead SAP Retail implementation, rollout, or S/4HANA migration projects. - Analyze and optimize retail processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. - Provide L2/L3 support for critical retail operations and troubleshoot issues related to article creation/listing, promotion pricing, replenishment failures, and POS data inconsistencies. - Create process documentation, configuration documents, and training materials, and conduct workshops and training sessions for key business users and support teams. Qualification Required: - Strong command over SAP IS-Retail (MM-Retail, SD, Listing, Assortments). - Deep understanding of retail business processes in sectors such as Fashion & Apparel, Grocery, Electronics, FMCG, and Department Stores. - Experience with S/4HANA Retail and hands-on experience with Fashion/Retail is a bonus. - Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP IS-Retail consulting with at least 24 full lifecycle SAP Retail implementations. - Experience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
