Senior SAP ABAP Consultant

As a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with S/4 HANA experience at Volvo Group, you will play a crucial role in building and supporting a Global Commercial Invoicing solution for Volvo Trucks. You will be part of an agile team that delivers IT solutions to help Volvo Trucks become a digital brand. Collaboration with colleagues from Poland, Sweden, France, the US, and India, as well as global business stakeholders, will be a key aspect of your role. The methodologies used include SCRUM and SAFe to support Volvo brands with digital transformation speed and agility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your 10+ years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development to contribute to the design and implementation of systems integration, including S/4HANA integration patterns. - Apply your at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO) to enhance the Global Commercial Invoicing solution. - Demonstrate your strong knowledge of S/4HANA ABAP programming, including OData services, Core Data Services (CDS), Fiori, and API development. - Implement data migration techniques and printout technologies effectively. - Leverage your basic functional understanding of SAP ERP, preferably in Logistics, to ensure comprehensive solutions. - Communicate technical solutions clearly and document them effectively. - Collaborate with global, multicultural teams using online collaboration tools. - Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks, to support digital transformation initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development. - Proven expertise in systems integration, including S/4HANA integration patterns. - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO). - Strong knowledge of S/4HANA ABAP programming, including OData services, Core Data Services (CDS), Fiori, and API development. - Familiarity with data migration techniques and printout technologies. - Basic functional understanding of SAP ERP, preferably in Logistics. - Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. - Ability to clearly document technical solutions and communicate effectively. - Experience working in a global, multicultural environment, with proficiency in online collaboration tools and flexibility for limited travel. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
