Senior Salon Manager – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Salon Manager to lead our salon operations and ensure a premium client experience. The Senior Salon Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate salon staff to maintain high service and performance standards.
Ensure excellent client service, handle feedback, and resolve any issues professionally.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Monitor salon hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance standards.
Oversee inventory, stock management, and vendor coordination.
Achieve monthly sales targets and promote salon services and memberships.
Coordinate with management for reporting, budgeting, and operational planning.
Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and a positive team environment.
Stay updated with salon industry trends and introduce new ideas for service improvement.

Requirements

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in salon or spa management.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and product lines.
Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
