Senior Salon Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Salon Manager to oversee the overall operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the salon team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily salon operations and ensure high-quality services for clients.
• Manage, motivate, and lead the team of beauticians, hairdressers, receptionists, and other staff.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct training, and ensure continuous skill development.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage appointment schedules, optimize salon productivity, and reduce wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of salon equipment.
• Handle inventory management: stock of products, equipment, and supplies.
• Implement and monitor salon policies, health & safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze sales, set targets, and work to achieve revenue and growth goals.
• Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and special events to increase salon visibility.
• Maintain good relations with suppliers and vendors.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or Senior Manager in a reputed salon.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
• Good understanding of sales, customer service, and marketing strategies.
• Computer literacy (appointment software, MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in multi-location salon management is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
