As the Senior Salesforce Test Engineer for Digital Technology in India, you will be at the forefront of Medtronic's expansion in Diabetes Care, particularly with the establishment of a center in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a validation and quality expert, assessing the functionality of existing systems, conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading the testing of Salesforce and Non-Salesforce applications within the Digital Technology department. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including interpreting functional requirements, creating test plans, executing system integration testing, utilizing appropriate tools for system testing, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and peers. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a proficient understanding of the technologies deployed within the department. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, along with expertise in creating automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps. Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench is essential, as is the ability to develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scripts for various Salesforce Clouds. Your role will involve conducting different types of testing to ensure solution stability and quality, identifying and resolving defects, validating data integrity, and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate requirements into test scenarios. You will play a crucial part in Agile/Scrum activities, including participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives. A Salesforce Administration certification would be a valuable asset to your profile.
