As the Senior Salesforce Test Engineer for Digital Technology in India, you will be at the forefront of Medtronic's expansion in Diabetes Care, particularly with the establishment of a center in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a validation and quality expert, assessing the functionality of existing systems, conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading the testing of Salesforce and Non-Salesforce applications within the Digital Technology department. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, along with expertise in creating automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps. Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench is essential, as is the ability to develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scripts for various Salesforce Clouds. Your role will involve conducting different types of testing to ensure solution stability and quality, identifying and resolving defects, validating data integrity, and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate requirements into test scenarios. You will play a crucial part in Agile/Scrum activities, including participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives. Experience using Apex Data loade Preferred qualifications / Skills Demonstrable experience designing, and personally building, Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.
