Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer on a contract basis in Nagpur, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications. Your expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration will be essential in delivering high-quality scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring code quality and performance optimization. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. - Configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. - Integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. - Working with QA teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of solutions. - Staying updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. - Demonstrating proven experience with CURSE (Customization, Upgrade, Reporting, Support, Enhancement). - Applying strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, frameworks, and practical applications. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred). - 5-8 years of proven experience in Salesforce development. - Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party applications. - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices. - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or related are preferred. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. - Must be based in Nagpur and available to work on a contract basis.
