Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong functional and development experience in two or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, and CPQ
  • Experience with Zoho or similar support ticketing systems
  • Define solutions for problems by creating designs including data models
  • Extensive experience with Visualforce pages, Apex classes, Salesforce configuration, and customization
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce deployment processes, including source control management, change sets, Workbench, and other tools
  • Strong experience in data exporting and importing using Import Wizard, Data Loader, and Workbench

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead, support engineer, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, and CPQ
  • Experience with Visualforce pages, Apex classes, Salesforce configuration, and customization
  • Hands-on experience with data migration using Data Loader and Data IO tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
