Role Overview This role defines the solution architecture and leads the design and delivery of complex Salesforce implementations, involving technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and team mentoring. Key Responsibilities Define and own the Salesforce solution architecture for large-scale implementations. Lead design and development of advanced solutions using Apex, LWC, integrations, and automation frameworks. Design and govern integration architectures, data models, and security frameworks. Review and approve technical designs, code standards, and best practices. Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence. Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with Salesforce platform limits. Required Skills & Experience 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including architectural ownership. Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and data modeling. Strong experience with enterprise-scale implementations. Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence architectural decisions. Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA – preferred or in progress) Integration Architecture Designer.
