About our team
The Compliance Automation and Tooling (CAT) team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining security compliance tooling, automation and AI across the Product Security and Global Compliance and Certification organizations. You will report directly to the Senior Director of the Compliance Automation Team, a division within the Compliance Automation and Strategy organization, and will play a pivotal role in driving automation and tooling capabilities that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Impact - Responsibilities -
Develop solutions on the Salesforce Platform utilizing Apex and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce to meet business needs and requirements

Contribute hands-on to all phases of the software development lifecycle

Work with product managers to provide timely status and feedback to stakeholders
-
Support continuous integration, unit testing, and functional automation efforts
-
Perform operational tasks such as software releases and system monitoring
-
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, stable software

Collaborate effectively within an Agile, multi-site, and multicultural development and testing team
Qualifications
Required Skills -
5+ years of Force.com experience, including Apex, Javascript/LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing

Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of architecture, design, implementation, testing, and support

Strong Programming skills using Object-Oriented Design Patterns, JSON, XML, Salesforce API and REST Web Services Framework
-
Experience consuming open and/or private APIs, such as Salesforce.com , Snowflake, Slack, etc.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all level of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients

Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins

Experience with Agile development methodologies and testing practices
Required Certifications -
Salesforce Basic and Advanced Administrator Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I and II

Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
Preferred Skills -
Experience developing systems that support audit, policy lifecycle, or risk management
