Senior Salesforce Developer

Teqfocus is seeking a motivated and seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with a profound comprehension of managed package development and AppExchange deployment. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and integration frameworks. This role necessitates a robust hands-on development acumen, a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce packaging, and a forward-thinking approach towards innovation and scalable solutions. Location: Hybrid - Pune / Ranchi / Bangalore / NCR Key Responsibilities: Managed Package Development & Deployment: Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of Managed Packages on the Salesforce AppExchange. Manage all aspects of the AppExchange security review, namespace management, and versioning. Execute at least two full-cycle AppExchange deployments, including packaging strategy, test coverage, and documentation. Salesforce Development: Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Declarative Tools. Work with OmniStudio components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards to deliver dynamic user interfaces and orchestrated processes. Integrations: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Monitor and troubleshoot integration points, ensuring secure and scalable data flows. Best Practices and Code Management: Ensure high code quality, reusable components, and compliance with Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Utilize Git or similar version control systems for code management, and implement CI/CD practices for deployment automation. Required Qualifications: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. 3-4 years of experience in integration development and architecture. Proven experience with 2 or more end-to-end Managed Package AppExchange deployments. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is an added advantage. Proficiency with OmniStudio tools and configuration. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Administrator certifications. Good to Have: Experience with Agentforce framework or similar contact center solutions. Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification. Additional certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent analytical and technical skills. Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management. Proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.,
